Growing up on our family farm laid the foundation for how I see the world. Those early days—helping in the vegetable garden, gathering fresh eggs, and running barefoot on the farm—taught me to cherish the simplicity of real moments and the beauty found in nature. Surrounded by creative women, especially my mom who introduced me to sewing, knitting, and countless crafts, I developed an eye for artistry that now defines my photography. As a mother to my three-year-old daughter Irelyn, I understand how quickly precious moments pass and the importance of capturing them honestly. My approach is rooted in organic storytelling—creating intentional, artful imagery that feels genuinely like you. I believe in photographing the magic of human connection in environments that inspire, which is why I offer sessions at my family's unique Barn116 flower farm. Here, among blooming fields reminiscent of my childhood, we'll create images that aren't just photos, but authentic reflections of who you truly are.
Photography found me during a challenging season of life, when I needed a creative outlet to reconnect with myself. What began as a quiet hobby slowly grew into the business I cherish today. My greatest inspiration is my daughter—through her, I’ve come to understand just how quickly time moves, especially in motherhood. That realization sparked my passion for capturing families in their most honest, tender moments. Growing up, I dreaded the yearly family photos my mom insisted on, but now I treasure those images more than anything. They’ve become lasting reminders of where I come from—and that’s exactly what I hope to give others: meaningful photographs that hold the beauty of your family’s story, just as it is.
